EPAC EVENT RENTAL

Our facility is available to rent for a one time special event or individual studios on an hourly basis. The building's total square footage is 10,000 and there is ample parking. Configuration of the building includes a large foyer area, 2 dressing rooms, bathrooms, 400sf kitchen and 3 dance studios. Dance studios have sprung floors, barres, mirrors and sound systems.

Our Rates:

$50/hour: 0-100 persons
$75/hour: 100 or more persons
Cleaning fee: Dependent on the type and length of event.
