Summer Dance Camps
(recommended for students currently enrolled in
Pre-School or Kinder levels, Ballet 1, Mid-Term Session or Tap 1. Camps meet for one week, Mon-Fri, either in the morning or
afternoon for two hours each day. Each camp will include pre-ballet,
creative movement and tap. In addition to dance class students will
explore with hands-on costuming, nutrition, and anatomy as well as
studying a famous classical ballet and a Broadway musical. Each day is a little different
and on the last day they bring home a scrapbook they have created
themselves. Dress code is a leotard, color of your choice, tights or a
pair of biker shorts, soft ballet shoes and tap shoes. We provide water
and a healthy snack. We have many tap shoes available for your use.
- Dance Camp #1 June 21 - June 25 1-3pm
- Dance Camp #2 June 28 - July 2 10-12pm
- Dance Camp #3 July 26 - July 30 10-12pm
- Dance Camp #4 August 2 - August 6 10-12pm
Tuition is $100 per camp. If you sign up and pay in full by May 1 you
receive a 10% discount. All Dance Camps must have a minimum of 5
students enrolled to hold the class. If class is not held you will
receive a full refund. No refunds are issued if you withdraw after June
1st. To hold your place in class a non-refundable deposit of $25 must accompany your registration form. This deposit will be applied to your tuition. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of this program.
4 Week Ballet Session for 7-9 Yrs (or current Ballet 2 and Ballet 3 students)
July 5 - July 30
Classes will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 hours each day from 9 to 11am. Each day will include a 1 hour ballet class and then an introduction to modern/jazz. Dress code is leotard
(your color choice), pink tights and soft ballet shoes. Tuition is $160. If you sign up and pay in full by May 1st you receive a 10% discount.
We must have 5 students enrolled to hold the class. If class is not
held you will receive a full refund. No refunds are issued if you
withdraw after June 1st. There will be an informal presentation in the studio for family and friends on the last day of the workshop. To hold your place in class a non-refundable deposit of $40 must
accompany your registration form. This deposit will be applied to your
tuition. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of this program.
4 Week Ballet Session for 9-12 Yrs (or for current Ballet 4 and Ballet 5 students)
July 5 - July 30
Classes will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 2 hours each day from 9 to 11am. Each day will begin with a ballet class and conclude with a modern class or an introduction to musical theater. Dress code is leotard (your color choice),
pink tights and soft ballet shoes. Tuition is $225. If you sign
up and pay in full by May 1st you receive a 10% discount. We must have
5 students enrolled to hold the class. If class is not held you will
receive a full refund. No refunds are issued if you withdraw after June
1st. There will be an informal presentation in the studio for family and friends on the last day of the workshop. To hold your place in class a non-refundable deposit of $65 must
accompany your registration form. This deposit will be applied to your
tuition. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of this program.
Beginning Ballet for 9 to 14 Yrs
July 10 to July 31
Never studied ballet before and you would like to learn the fundamentals? Take this beginning ballet class that meets July 10 to July 31, 1 time per week for 4 weeks on Saturdays from 10-11am. Tuition is $40 and must be paid in full prior to the class beginning. Dress code is leotard (your color choice), pink tights and soft ballet shoes.
Summer Intensive July 5th to July 24th
Level 1 – recommended for Ballet 5 and Ballet 6. This is a pre-pointe and beginning
pointe level that meets Monday thru Friday from 11am to 3pm for three
weeks. Dress code is leotard (your choice of color), pink convertible
ballet tights, soft pink ballet shoes, and pointe shoes if applicable.
Working on pointe is by teacher recommendation. At the end of the session there will be an informal presentation on
stage at Nampa Civic Center Saturday, July 24th. All dancers should
have a basic black leotard and short black wrap skirt for the
presentation. This presentation is open to family and friends. Classes
will include ballet technique, pointe (or pre-pointe), modern, jazz,
repertoire, Pilates™, and nutrition. Tuition is $425. If you sign
up and pay in full by May 1st you receive a 10% discount. No refunds
are issued if you withdraw after June 1st. To hold your place in class a non-refundable deposit of $106 must
accompany your registration form. This deposit will be applied to your
tuition. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of this program.
Level 2 – recommended for Ballet 7 and Professional Division. This
level will meet Monday thru Friday from 11am to 4pm for three weeks. At
the end of the session there will be an informal presentation on stage
at Nampa Civic Center on Saturday, July 24th. This presentation is open
to family and friends. Classes will include ballet technique, pointe,
modern, jazz, repertoire, Pilates™, and nutrition. All dancers should
have a basic black leotard and black short wrap skirt for final
presentation. Tuition is $500. If you sign up and pay in full by May
1st you receive a 10% discount. No refunds are issued if you withdraw
after June 1st. To hold your place in class a non-refundable deposit of $125 must
accompany your registration form. This deposit will be applied to your
tuition. Tuition must be paid in full before the start of this program.
Open Classes for Int/Adv June and August
June Open Classes - June 14 to July 2
Classes will meet Monday thru Friday from 10am to 12pm
August Open Classes
Classes will meet Monday,Wednesday, and Friday from 10-11:30am
Classes begin July 26th and continue to August 13th. We are closed the week before classes start on August 23rd.
Class must have 5 students to meet.
