Registration
Registration for school year term 2011/2012 is now open. You may mail in your registration to EPAC, 1125 E. State St., Eagle, ID 83616, or bring it by. You may also register on-line and then send a check in or pay by credit card.  We do encourage payment by check but if you prefer to pay by credit card there is a $5 transaction fee.  If you have registered on-line you must come into the studio to sign the liability waiver before your dancer may participate.   If a class is full and you wish to be put on a waiting list, you must submit your registration form with registration fee. This fee will be refunded if a place does not open.

Refunds and Discounts
There is a 5% discount if the school year term is paid in full at time of registration. In case of withdrawal, tuition will be refunded, less the $30.00 registration fee, up to the end of the second week. Eagle Performing Arts Center must receive written notification of withdrawal before your account can be closed.

You are responsible for tuition until your account is closed. After the second week there are no refunds or credits. Students are eligible for a prorated tuition refund only if withdrawal from classes is due to prolonged illness or severe injury that is verified by a doctor.
