Registration for School Year Term 2011/2012 is now open. You may register on-line and send in your payment or you may download a registration form and mail it in or bring it by. If you register on-line you will need to sign the liability waiver when you bring your dancer to class. We must have a signed liability waiver before your dancer may participate. If a class is full and you wish to be put on a waiting list,
you must submit your registration form with registration fee. This fee
will be refunded if a place does not open.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS WILL BE ASSESSED A $5 FEE. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
If you choose to withdraw from class we must receive written notification in order to close your account. Students are eligible for a pro-rated tuition refund only if withdrawal from classes is due to prolonged illness or severe injury that is verified by a doctor.
Payment Schedule for 2011/2012, August 29, 2011 to June 19, 2012
- Full Term 5% discount with full tuition payment upon registration
- Half Term first payment is due with registration and second payment is due January 15, 2011
- Four-Payment:
Payment 1: At time of registration
Payment 2: November 9, 2011
Payment 3: January 14, 2012
Payment 4: April 1, 2012
Tuition payments received ten days after the due date will be assessed a $10 late fee.

Performance Fees
The performance fee is $65 per class. (i.e. If you are enrolled in ballet and jazz your performance fee is $130.) All students receive two free tickets to the recital. Additional tickets may be purchased at EPAC in April. The performance fee helps cover the cost of theater rental, technical support and costumes.
